I Did!!

I would have been walking on air only if I could move the mountains, point the direction to the cool breeze and let the water know which way to flow. Deep within me, I believe I did! The Rose may not smell differently but I could water it. Built many castles though in the air but yet lived through my dreams. The sunshine may not be forever mine but I had share of mine to suffice all my life. Whichever way Life took me, the sharp U turns did not become the dead ends, if not a great road to pursue, I left the footprints. Either way, I embarked on my aspirations!!!!!!!!!!

Am i a free bird or yet in the shell?

The life has been passed on to me, I would say, with all the enriched heritage of culture, religion, knowledge and amalgam of many more things. I have grown up listening to others and sharing their outlook on all the matters under the sun. At times, I wonder, do they truly speak their mind or it’s the sheer legacy (what they inherited from their families) that makes them speak so. Do they realize what impression they leave behind on the masses? Eventually, we all hold some responsibility towards the society we live in.

The history, for that matter even science says so. We, the human species, evolved over the period of time .Yes we did and the best species so far now became the “worst” amongst all the species.  No, No … I am not talking about genes and no genetics involved. Chromosomes and all the biological compositions remained perfectly balanced in this so called “Homo sapiens” but the growing adulteration in the cerebrum. The human values and the morals, we actually inherited, were tangled and slowly diminished.

The awareness I do acquire now does makes me more intellectual or it just leaves me with many more questions unanswered and this is what makes me think “ Am  I a free bird or yet in a shell”.
